There are no “one” rights or wrongs. Only our own “in the moment” arising wisdom way of being/moving/doing.
I do not believe in hard. And this does not mean we will not feel challenged.
I do not believe in outer enforced or inner mind enforced discipline.
Awareness-based transformation is what has changed my life and ways.
On the lines of what Rumi shares, out beyond the concepts of “mistakes”, “failures, “good, bad…lets meet and play in the the fields
