NA MA SHI VA YA elements are activated in the body via this practice, they open up and naturally help expand awareness allowing the body-mind to easefully evolve and experience its next level ascended Self sense by releasing unserving beliefs and ways of being/doing at the deepest sub and unconscious levels.
